Liabilities

CPAC Equipment, Inc. is not liable for any damage caused by the equipment or product to the Buyer’s premises, Buyer, or any other person that may encounter the equipment or product through misuse of the Buyer or through any defect of equipment or product therein.

The Buyer accepts said equipment or product at his/her own risk and specifically agrees that he/she shall hold CPAC Equipment, Inc. free of any liability attendant or attributable to the replacement of said equipment or product on the Buyers premises. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages, which said equipment or product might sustain or cause by fire, accident and/or misuse by either Buyer, employees or any other person who may be upon the premises where said equipment or product is located.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept wire transfer – all banking fees to be paid by customer – contact us for routing information. All payments are made via our SSL secured web site.

Shipping

All items ordered from this site are shipped via UPS and calculated in real-time using our negotiated rates. Please contact us for International or other special shipping instructions to receive a quote.

Returns

To ensure your satisfaction, we will offer a full refund minus our shipping fees within 14 days of your purchase. A return material authorization (RMA) is required and needs to be obtained from CPAC Equipment, Inc. before the item is returned. Any shipment not labeled with an RMA will be refused. To obtain an RMA please contact us at 800-828-6011 or 585-382-3223. Any product returned must be unopened and unused.

Return Policy Exceptions

If the product is opened and unused, it may be returned for a refund. If the product is opened it must be returned in it’s original packaging with all origianl contents to receive a refund. A restocking fee of 15% will apply if all conditions are not met.

Product Warranties

We offer a 90 day warranty on all parts ordered within this site. For warranty claims please have supporting documentation or serial numbers. Contact us at 800-828-6011 or 585-382-3223 to have your claim reviewed by our friendly staff.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied if residing in CA, NJ, FL or NY.
